Eagle Feather Technical writer

Born on the Northside of Omaha, Eagle Feather’s early life was marked by instability, violence, and survival. Removed from his home at age 8, he entered a system that cycled him through foster care, group homes, psychiatric institutions, juvenile detention centers, and ultimately, a juvenile penitentiary in Brush, Colorado.
By 18, he was released into a world he had never truly known—only to return to prison six months later, beginning an 18½-year sentence behind bars.

By 18, he was released into a world he had never truly known—only to return to prison six months later, beginning an 18½-year sentence behind bars.

When he walked out of prison in 2017, the world hadn’t changed—but he had. After years of trial, error, and inner work, Eagle Feather emerged as a fierce advocate for change. He is now a published author of three books, a motivational speaker, and a mentor for at-risk youth. Through unflinching honesty and grounded guidance, he helps others navigate adversity, reclaim their voice, and build a future beyond what they thought possible.

Eagle Feather speaks not only from experience, but from transformation—and from the belief that no one is beyond redemption, and every story has the power to ignite change.
